1. Log in to your Binance.US account: https://www.binance.us/en/login.
2. Click on the Settings tab at the top of the page.
3. Click on the Verify button to complete the Basic Verification.
4. Fill out the Basic Verification information page to complete the process.
5. Note when completing the Basic Verification Information page, please make sure that your first, middle, and last name matches your proof of identification. If there are any discrepancies with your name, we may be required to reset your verification.

The Fiat Account Verification process will enable you to deposit and withdraw traditional currency (USD) and allow you to trade fiat-crypto pairs.

3. Click on the Manage button to add your payment method.
4. Click the Link a New Account button.
5. Select the “ACH” Payment Method.
Note you cannot withdrawal the equivalent amount in (Fiat and Crypto) of your Debit Card deposit for 10 days.
6. A new window will appear directing you to complete the process through Plaid.
7. Select your bank institution.
8. Enter your bank credentials through Plaid to securely connect your bank to your Binance.US account.
9. When complete, your ACH account will display on your Linked Accounts.

How to Deposit via ACH
1. Log in to your Binance.US account at https://www.binance.us/en/login.
2. Under the Wallet tab, click Balance.
3. Under Fiat option, click on Deposit.
2. Enter the USD amount that you want to deposit and choose the ACH account that you wish to deposit from, then click Continue.
Note: Please ensure that the deposit does not leave your ACH account with a balance of less than 10% of the deposit amount. This is a requirement from our payment provider to deter overdrafts. Failure to meet this requirement could result in our payment provider denying the deposit.
Example: If you deposit $100.00, your ACH account must have a balance of at least $110.00 or higher.
4. Verify the details from the popup dialog and click Confirm to complete the transaction.
Note: To prevent chargebacks, you cannot withdraw the equivalent amount in Fiat and Crypto of your ACH deposit for 10 days. You may refer to your deposit and withdrawal history for more information.

2. Click Trade. Followed by Basic or Advanced to view all the current market details. Please chose Basic option as shown below for simplified view of the trading pairs

This guide will assist you with the withdrawal process for your ACH payment method. You can enter the amount you want to withdraw from your current USD account balance. You’ll then receive an email by Prime Trust requiring your confirmation to authorize the withdrawal.
1. Log in to your account here: https://www.binance.us/en/login
2. Click Wallet followed by Withdraw.
3. Select Coin: USD.
4. Enter the withdrawal amount.
5. Select the payment method type ACH and click Continue.
6. A new popup will appear confirming your transaction. Click Confirm.
7. Proceed to your email and locate the disbursement verification. You’ll receive an email sent by Prime Trust at noreply@primetrust.com.
